Top eBay Auctions

I just picked up a great plugin, it enables anyone to display eBay auctions on their WordPress blog without the need to struggle with php or anything else. Just a quick line on your post will do it.

All you have to do is unzip it, upload the php module to your WordPress plugins folder, and the included instructions explains how to use it.

Oh, the good part. If you’re an eBay affiliate, the links to the auctions have your affiliate codes embedded, so that you can earn commissions as well as give some great information to your visitors.

For example, if you enclose the following statement in brackets, it will display the following results (it’s telling the script to search for auctions with nintendo wii in the title, and display the 6 auctions that are ending soonest):

All I can say about this one is: Wow!

First of all, any Marilyn Monroe autograph with a certificate of authenticity is special, but check out this item, signed during war time to one very lucky soldier named Lou, and signed with a kiss.

Lou, wherever you are, I hope this item ends up in good hands, I’m sure you treasured it your entire life.

This Pez dispenser, billed as ultra rare (which seems to be putting it mildly) is up for auction and already has 5-digit bids with a couple days left as I type this.

It could be yours. Would you load it up with the sweet candy? Give it to your kid? Uh, I don’t think so. But the choice is yours if you’re the lucky bidder.

Well, now all doubt has been erased. If you can’t make money on eBay, you can’t make it anywhere. This seller is selling a crumpled up receipt for more than the merchandise he bought.

Is there anything special about this receipt? Not that I can tell, but look for yourself and see what you think. This auction should certainly give you a whole new perspective on things. What we always have noticed. Take a good picture. Write a good description. And cash in.

There’s quite a story, and a lot of memories, that go with this log cabin home. At the time of this post, the bid is just over $150.00, but there is a reserve, and of course it will go much higher. Heck the value of the logs as firewood is much higher.

If you ever wanted a real log cabin home of your own, here’s your chance. You’ll have to dismantle it, move it, and put it back up, but where else can you find logs that were originally put into place in the mid 1800’s?
